Skyblue Makes $295m Play for Parramatta Light Rail Block

Three local heritage items, a light rail stop and a $295-million housing fast-track now sit at the centre of Skyblue Developments’ latest Parramatta proposal.

Planning Secretary’s Environmental Assessment Requirements (SEARs) have been issued for the developer’s State Significant Development proposal at 440-458 Church Street.

The requirements set the studies Skyblue must prepare for the environmental impact statement, covering design, traffic, heritage, flooding, contamination, public space and Aboriginal cultural heritage.
