Graya Makes Byron Bay Debut

Rob and Andrew Gray are extending their reach beyond the border to billionaires’ row on the waterfront at Byron Bay. 

Graya acquired a 2022sq m property over four lots on the beachfront at 6 Border Street for about $25 million and has dubbed the project Waterlily. 

The house next door is currently on the block with price expectations north of $30 million. Its Belongil Beach neighbours include Glen Norman, Bob Watson, Lorna Jane, Justin Hemmes and Michael Malouf.
