Anchor Group Greenlit for 46-Storey Parramatta Skyscraper

Anchor Group has secured approval to move ahead with a Parramatta skyscraper after bidding to raise permitted heights on the site last year. 

The developer submitted planning proposals for its site at 90-94 Phillip Street, 23km west of Sydney centre in the city’s “second CBD”. 

Anchor Group asked to raise the permitted height of the building to 80m, or 105m including design excellence bonuses, as well as amend maximum floor space ratios from 6:1 (or 9:7:1 when including all bonuses) to 16:56:1.
